This is Spaceman X Media Productions, L.L.C.'s (Spaceman X) Web Hosting / Domain Name Registration Policy, which supplements each of Spaceman X's Production / Design Agreements for which web hosting and / or domain name registration is included. Every web-hosting or domain name registration customer of Spaceman X hereby agrees to be bound by the terms of this Web Hosting / Domain Name Registration Policy.

Spaceman X hosts its websites and registers its domain names through Omnis Networks, L.L.C. By having Spaceman X provide web hosting or domain name registration services through Omnis Networks, L.L.C., Spaceman X's clients certify that they have read the terms and conditions of the third-party host and hereby agree to abide by said terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply to all of our web-hosting customers and are subject to change at any time. As such, Spaceman X web hosting clients are advised to check back to the Omnis Networks, Inc. site periodically in order to apprise themselves of any new and relevant information.

Spaceman X clients, by utilizing Spaceman X's third-party web hosting or domain name registration services through Omnis Networks, L.L.C., agree that they shall, at their own expense, hold harmless and defend Spaceman X for any claim of breach or claim for trademark or copyright infringement in violation of the terms and conditions of Omnis Networks, L.L.C. Each client shall indemnify and hold Spaceman X harmless for those violations attributed specifically to their web hosting account or domain name and shall defend Spaceman X whether or not the claim is valid. Clients shall pay all resulting damages.

Because Spaceman X hosts its sites through a third-party web hosting company, Spaceman X has no control over the servers on which its websites are hosted. SPACEMAN X HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR INTERRUPTED SERVICE OR SECURITY VIOLATIONS AND WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE OUR WEB-HOSTING SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, INTERNET CONNECTIVITY PROBLEMS, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR WEB-HOST'S SERVER, DOMAIN NAME REGISTRAR PROBLEMS, DNS CACHING, INTERNET BANDWIDTH CONGESTION, POWER FAILURES AND NATURAL DISASTERS.

Spaceman X reserves the right to modify the terms of this Web Hosting / Domain Name Registration Policy at any time. Our client's use or continued use of our web hosting and domain name registration services after said changes are posted on our website at www.spacemanx.com shall constitute their acceptance of these terms.
