| Having achieved his Doctorate at the Rolthorn Institute, a school banned from the Minelight Alliance due to revoking allegiance to The Hanisk Treaty banning unethical biochemical atrocities, Dr. Mayhem went on to train at the Galactilus Academy along side Spaceman X. Constantly being over-shadowed by Spaceman X, Dr. Mayhem left the academy on a universal recruitment mission to build a renegade army destined for evil in an attempt to seek vengence on all that is good and to ultimately destroy Spaceman X. |
